Vegetable Donation Reports
October 2021-October 2022
Total cash donations amounted to $13,000*. With that we contributed the following to food pantries:

Misc Vegetables - 709 pounds

Squash and Cucumbers - 412 pounds

Lettuce - 454 pounds

Broccoli and Cabbage - 340 heads

*Cash total includes several large purchases from the FSU Food for Thought Pantry
Due to crop failures we did not contribute large amounts of potatoes or sweet potatoes this season.

Sweet Potatoes - 2,000 pounds

*All sweet potatoes and potatoes harvested were entirely donated by the farm with the exception of fertilizer and labor costs incurred to grow them. ($7,500 value in kind donation)
